If I talk about my personal experience, this is the most convenient and fun way to travel within the city of Cebu. Habal-Habal is basically the motorcycle. In the city, you can expect to find both types of drivers – the ones who will ask you to pay the high fare and the ones who ask normal fare. There is an app known as Angkas which is like Grab and Uber. You can book motorbikes from this app in the same as taxi-based apps. Besides, you can also rent a motorbike if you know how to ride. The price of motorbike rent starts at PHP 500 for a day.

V-Hire in Cebu

V-Hire or Van For Hire is an ideal option for all those traveling in a group. It is also a great option if you are looking to travel to nearby cities with your friends or family. The fastest means to reach Siquijor from Cebu city is via a flight. You have to book a chartered seaplane flight with Air Juan to Siquijor.
